Goodluck everyone!
The kitchen is my favourite part of the house. Not because it's big (it's not), it doesn't have a pantry or is the colour I wish it was.
ReplyDeleteI love our kitchen because it's the heart of our home. I love that hubby cooks in it every weekend using our large range of cookbooks.
Miss M and I are often in the kitchen making memories, cupcakes or cutting up fruit.
Arrrgh too busy thinking about my answer and forgot my details.

My favourite part of the house is our entry...we finally got around to putting up all the pictures of the kids, i love walking past and seeing all the gorgeous photos of them.

My favourite part of the house isn't actually inside it. It's out on the front porch so that I can watch my boys run around the front yard in the shade of the trees in summer and climb the trees and then have a bbq and eat outside.

my favourite part of my house is my boys rooms- i love laying on the bed watching them or joining witheirnllaying train tracks and building with lego and duplo or even some game they invented.
The kitchen is also my favourite part of our home, and not because I'm a great cook... It's the place where the kids & I chat in the mornings & they 'help' me make breakfast; where we cook cupcakes & cookies to devour immediately, and moments to always remember; where hubby & I have a cheeky slowdance on a Sunday night once the little ones are in bed... There is so much joy in our kitchen!
ReplyDelete(Bec from Because Everything Counts sent me your way & I'm so glad that she did, your blog & fb page are amazing, thank you!)

My favourite part of my house would have to be my Veggie Patch.
ReplyDeleteLast year it was an abandoned garden at the back of my yard and my best friend and I pulled weeds that were taller than us for days. Finally, it was a blank canvas and we were able to plant veggies and make some garden beds.
There is a massive mulberry tree in the back corner which the kids love to help harvest and they come out purple! It reminds me of an Enid Blyton storybook and I LOVE it.
We added 3 ducks to the garden in March/April ... Tobias, Mabel and Delilah give me the excuse that I need to go down there daily and I love to sit on the edge of the garden bed and duck watch.

Shireena Datta : The favourite part of my house would have to be my dining table. It's the place where we all come together to enjoy a meal, and a lot of talk/banter. With 5 kids, it's great to actually sit and eat and have everyone in the same place at the same time <3 A lot of funny stories are shared over a lot of delicious meals :)
ReplyDeleteI have to say that the kitchen is also my favorite part of the house, it's the real Hun of the house, everything happens in the kitchen, from planning the day over breakfast, while toast is cooking and the kettle boiling, to talking over what happened that day at school while all helping to make dinner, it's just generally a really happy place to be <3

ReplyDeleteaaahhhh :) I love my kitchen. We recently renovated it, to create more bench & storage space in a small area. So all we now need to do is start cooking awesome meals in the minimum amount of time - my 2 little girls are not the most patient of customers when they are hungry!

I love my patio which overlooks lots of green plants, a beautiful water feature and the backyard. It is a great place to watch my little man playing or spending time entertaining family and friends :) Mel Arne-Umstad
